Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Magic Sudoku app and website ("Magic Sudoku", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using Magic Sudoku, you agree to these terms.
License
Magic Sudoku is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which includes the warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability that apply to the app. These terms add to that agreement.
Free Features and Magic Sudoku Unlimited
Daily puzzles are free. Magic Sudoku Unlimited is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited puzzles. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you subscribe and may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, and we can't issue refunds directly. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
App Recommendations
Without a subscription, Magic Sudoku may show a small banner recommending another independent app. See our Privacy Policy for how this works. Subscribers don't see these recommendations.
Game Center
Leaderboards and achievements are provided through Apple's Game Center and are subject to Apple's terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Magic Sudoku after a change means you accept the updated terms.
