Data Storage and Security
Game data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud synchronization, your game data will be stored in your personal iCloud account, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.
Third-Party Services
Our app uses Apple's Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. The use of this service is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Without a subscription, the app may show a small banner recommending another independent app, delivered by Kickstart Exchange. These are not targeted adverts and do not track you:
- To choose a recommendation, the app sends only app-level details: the app and SDK versions, platform, and App Store country. It does not send anything that identifies you or your device.
- Kickstart Exchange records whether a recommendation was shown or tapped, without identifying you or your device, and keeps these records for about 30 days.
- No data is used to track you across other apps or websites.
- Magic Sudoku Unlimited subscribers never see these recommendations.
We do not share your personal information with any other third parties.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@magic-sudoku.com.
